Flash floods can affect Mesa in plenty of ways. Some may be by when their is a one way travel and you go have no other way to go. Another may be access to your own home if their are dips you have to pass by. People may not be able to go to there houses for a while. People going to everyday school won't be able to get educated that day just because of a simple flood.
